By downloading or playing Mountain Courier ("the game"), published by Octans Games (Octans Solutions, "we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
The game
The game is provided for entertainment. Rivals you race against may be computer-controlled. We may change, update or discontinue features at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for your device and sign-in details. Do not use cheats, modified versions of the game, bots or exploits. Player names must not be offensive or impersonate others. We may suspend or reset accounts that break these terms.
Virtual items and purchases
Coins, gems, vehicles, parts, crates and other virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you for use in the game only. Purchases are processed by Google Play under its terms, and refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Any purchase also makes you PRO, which removes the ads between races.
Ads
The game shows ads from Google AdMob unless you are PRO. Optional reward videos give in-game rewards.
Intellectual property
The game and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer it.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of progress or virtual items.
