Delete your account and data

Mountain Courier by Octans Games. You can remove your account and all its data at any time.

Delete in the game (fastest)

  1. Open Mountain Courier.
  2. Go to Settings > Account.
  3. Tap Delete my account and data and confirm twice.

No longer have the game? E-mail us with the subject "Mountain Courier account deletion" and your Player ID (Settings > Account) or the e-mail address you signed in with. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

Your player record (name, country, progress, coins, gems, vehicles, in-game purchase history, PRO status) and your sign-in account. Virtual items are lost and cannot be restored. Google Play keeps its own purchase records under its policies; we keep nothing after deletion except where the law requires.
