Progress is saved automatically. To keep it safe on a new phone, go to Settings > Account > Keep my progress and sign in. Sign in the same way on your new phone and everything comes back.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play. Any purchase makes you PRO: no more ads between races. For refunds, use Google Play's refund options or contact us.

Frequently asked questions
I lost my progress after reinstalling.
Progress comes back only if it was kept with Keep my progress (Settings > Account). Sign in again with the same account. Otherwise e-mail us your old Player ID if you have it.
A purchase did not arrive.
Restart the game with an internet connection; purchases are restored from Google Play. If it is still missing, e-mail us the Google Play order number (GPA-...).
How do I remove ads?
Any purchase in the game makes you PRO and removes the ads between races. Optional reward videos stay available for their rewards.
The game runs slowly on my phone.
Close other apps and restart the game. Tell us your phone model and we will look into it.
